Beds were very uncomfortable, though it was truly a NICE stay. The restaurant was very nice on top floor, loved it.
The bathroom was a little small.
Possibly the best and good stay on the 8th fl corner room advertised as King room with excellent view.
Iconic place, fairly clean, good value. The hotel is set in a very nice area, 10 minutes walk to the metro station.
It is a fabulous property located in Downtown San Francisco district close to the hill, downtown San Francisco.
The staff was gorgeous and phenomenal, everything was great. The restaurant was good, excellent service, brilliant food.
Everything was perfect, had a very comfortable stay on vacation. It was in the best possible location right at a cathedral church. Really nice restaurant walking distance to the hotel.
The hotel was stylish, I loved staff and location. And it also had good view. Late check-out too.
I appreciated its new building. It was nice having coffee and so much space. Staff was willing to help, super friendly team. Impressive hotel in nice enough area. Attached restaurant served lots of affordable food.
The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, were waiting for us in the beautiful lobby. It made our trip to San Francisco a really lovely experience.
Many things to like: different food, fast stuff, soft bed. Updated room, but the views where not so great. Reasonably priced downstairs bar. Fairly clean place and nice service.

i liked the hotel, it had okay staff and rooms. they made my stay terrific. quick check in and efficient check out. it was really fairly clean and perfect property, would recomand.

You guys made our stay fantastic. Whole new hotel, staff were outstandingly accommodating and rooms were immaculate. Our room had a cozy bed and an absolutely gorgeous view. Excellent breakfast, exceptional service. Central location, relatively near china town.
The staff was incredibly attentive and the location was good - altogether an absolutely amazing experience. Stylish unit with a contemporary decor. Neat and a gem hotel in Downtown San Francisco district. We liked the location and being right at a cable car station. Nice garden and nice pool area:)))
A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like The Nob Hill Club that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We loved the location and service and low off-peak prices.
Helpful staff, they did everything for us. Fabulous base for trip in San Francisco. Location nearby a cable car station: )

I had a good 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The personnel was caring and knowledgeable. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Hayes Valley.
Tbh, the room was a little tired, the breakfast was cold.
